Excellence Scholarship Application 2025

Ballarat Clarendon College is currently seeking applications for Excellence Scholarships from suitably credentialed students currently in Years 8 to 10.

For students entering Years 9 to 11 in 2025.
Offering up to one-half remission of tuition fees.

Excellence scholarship applications are now open and will close Friday 8 March 2024.

The College’s focus is “Throughout a student’s time at Ballarat Clarendon College our focus is to maximise their competence, skills and capacity so that, at the end of school, when they stand on the threshold of their future, they can choose their “hearts desire”.

Academic scholarships are awarded to the most talented students based on test results. In recent years the academic scholarship program has been complemented by scholarships for students who display specific talents in the areas of visual arts, music, dance and drama.

Excellence scholarships are awarded to students who display talent in a variety of areas including, but not restricted to, leadership, commitment to community service, sport, performing arts, visual arts and a degree of academic ability but, more importantly, sustained commitment to their studies. These scholarships are offered to give students an opportunity to develop their talents in a quality educational environment. Clarendon offers inspiring, exceptional teaching in all of its programs and Excellence scholarships offer talented students’ opportunities that they may not otherwise access without such support.

The application below should be completed by the student. The student is also required to submit their Semester 2 2023 School Report, most recent NAPLAN results and any other documents they believe would support their application.

Applicants are short-listed, and the scholarships are awarded following an interview process.
