The Ballarat Clarendon College Parents & Friends [P&F] Association
This auxiliary’s role is to promote the welfare of Ballarat Clarendon College: particularly among the school and parent body. The objective of the P&F Association is to give parents the opportunity to get to know each other and support our students through volunteering and small-scale fundraising efforts. Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month during term.

Junior School Parents Group [JSPG]
This auxiliary’s role is to support the children, parents and teaching staff of the Junior School, including organising, for each class, a Classroom Representative who coordinates parent volunteers to help children with reading or any other special activities, at the teacher’s request.
Meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month during term.

Friends of Performing Arts
This auxiliary’s role is to support the Performing Arts program. This includes volunteering to ensure the smooth running of events, along with the organisation of the annual FoPA ball which provides additional funds for the PAC.
Please contact FoPA for meeting dates.

1920 Club
This auxiliary’s role is to support the rowing program. Meetings are held on the first Monday of the month and the first and third Monday in February.
