JSPG

The Junior School Parents Group (JSPG) is an auxiliary of Ballarat Clarendon College.  It was formed in 1992 by a group of parents interested in supporting the children, parents and teaching staff of the Junior School.

What does the JSPG do?
  • A vital part of the group’s function is to fund-raise to provide equipment to  enhance the children’s learning opportunities.
  • The JSPG also organises parent representatives, one for each class, who assist the teacher in coordinating classroom helpers when needed.
The representatives also organise social gatherings and coordinate a fundraising event for their year level.
  • The group facilitates social events for the Junior School community.
  • The JSPG arranges special events for the students, working in conjunction with the school.

Meetings are held at 7.30pm on the third Wednesday of the month (during term time) at the Junior School.
